15 Day "Guaranteed Satisfaction"

We are so confident in the quality of our Elvenwood instruments, that we offer your "guaranteed satisfaction". This means when you purchase any of our fine line of distinctive Elvenwood instruments, and you find that you are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund.
You will pay only the return shipping (see Upgrades below).
Simply return the instrument in the original packaging, as it was sent to you.

If a return is necessary:

A. Please contact us at Elvenwoodmandolins.com and you will receive a return authorization number and the address to send your return to.

B. Pack the instrument as it was shipped to you. Please use quality packing tape (no duct or masking tape).

C. Include the RA number with your full name and address when you ship it back to us. We recommend insuring it for the full value in case of damage. You are responsible when returning the instrument. The refund will be voided if we receive damaged goods.

Upgrades:
If you have ordered upgrades on an instrument, i.e.: tuners, pick guards, custom tail pieces, etc., these are non-refundable additions.
Refunds will be voided if the instrument shows:
1. Scratches
2. Dents
3. Pick marks
4. Wear marks or any other than like-new condition is apparent on the instrument. So please be careful with the instrument until you are certain that you will be keeping it.

For purchases made outside the continental US, we refund only the selling price of the instrument. We will not refund the out of state(s) shipping. Also there will be no refund on any speed mailing put on the original shipment to you.
