Elvenwood Mandolins Two Year Warranty

Elvenwood Mandolins warrants from the date of purchase to the original purchaser, that all of our instruments will be free of defective craftsmanship and defective materials. This is a two year warranty and is non-transferrable.
The instrument must have been purchased from our company only.

Elvenwood Mandolins will, at our option, replace or repair any of our instruments or parts of, that we deem defective. The purchaser will pay all shipping costs to and from Elvenwood Mandolins for any warranty work.
The original sales receipt must be provided for warranty work to be approved.

Elvenwood Mandolins covers parts and labor to correct defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Elvenwood Mandolins does not cover:
1.   Instruments not purchased from Elvenwood
      Mandolins.
2.   Shipping or transport damage.
3.   Warranty claims by any other than the original purchaser.
4.   If the instrument has been changed in any way by the purchaser.
5.   If the instrument has been exposed to humidity or extreme temperature
      changes.
6.   If the instrument's serial number has been altered.
7.   If the instrument has been mistreated or damaged by accident/neglect.
8.   Normal wear to frets, strings, tuners, and controls.
9.   Shipping to and/or from Elvenwood mandolins.
10. Any costs or fees if instrument is not found defective.
11. Any costs for speed mailing or rush shipping for replacement parts.
12. Any case, or gig bag damage issues.

We at Elvenwood Mandolins are fully confident in the quality of our instruments. If in the unlikely event that warranty issues arise within the alloted time, we are here to serve you.
